Job Description:
Seeking a hard:working, organized and outgoing assistant manager with a Whatever it Takes attitude to join our winning team. The ideal candidate must have at least six months experience as an assistant manager. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred. Industry:related software proficiency preferred. High school diploma or dquivalent is required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid dirvers license. Hours will include weekends with time off during the week. The job duties include but are not limited to: assisting the manager with daily tasks, leasing apartment homes, outside marketing, social media marketing, maintaining strong resident relations, strong bookkeeping, and most importantly, delivering the best customer service possible Hourly rate is commensurate with experience. Position includes medical benefits, PTO, leasing commissions, and renewal commissions.
